STORY

Yollty is a digital platform designed to help businesses transform first-time visitors into loyal, repeat customers. By utilizing digital rewards and incentive programs, Yollty enables businesses to enhance customer engagement and increase the number of positive reviews. This increased engagement helps to drive more traffic to the business, ultimately leading to higher profits.

With Yollty, business owners can concentrate on their core operations while leveraging the platform’s tools to boost customer loyalty and advocacy.

CREATIVE PROCESS

Yollty had already developed the little character ambassadors for their website, so I was asked to design the human characters for the animation in a cohesive style. Therefore, the same geometric shapes of the little Yollties where adopted for the heads of the new characters, as well as the same colour palette.
